Terms and Conditions of EAC Shortlet Rentals
1. Payment Terms
Guests are required to make a full payment for their stay at the time of booking. Failure to pay in full may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation at any time, but refunds will only be issued according to the following schedule:- More than 14 days prior to check-in: 100% refund - 5-15 days prior to check-in: 90% refund - Less than 2 days prior to check-in: No refund
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Guests may check-in between 12 pm and 10 pm on the day of their reservation. Check-out time is 11 am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
4. Maximum Occupancy
Each property has a maximum occupancy limit, which must not be exceeded at any time during the stay. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to additional fees or immediate eviction without a refund.
5. Smoking Policy
All of our properties are strictly non-smoking. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to additional fees or immediate eviction without a refund.
6. Damage or Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents during their stay. EAC Shortlet Rentals reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages or losses incurred during the stay.
7. Liability
EAC Shortlet Rentals is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property during their stay. Guests are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage for the duration of their stay.
8. Noise and Disturbances
Guests are expected to respect the rights of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during their stay. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
9. Pets
Pets are prohibited in any of our properties unless prior arrangements have been made with EAC Shortlet Rentals. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to additional fees or immediate eviction without a refund.
By booking a stay with EAC Shortlet Rentals, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
