Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment must be made in advance of the check-in date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation and Refunds
Guests may cancel their reservation at any time, but refunds will only be issued according to the following schedule: – More than 14 days prior to check-in: 100% refund – 5-15 days prior to check-in: 90% refund – Less than 2 days prior to check-in: No refund
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 11:59 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, with additional charges applicable.
